He was predeceased by: his father Elwood Rainey (Bob Rainey); and his siblings, Eddie Rainey and Sylvia Rainey. He is survived by: his mother Georgia Rainey (Brown); his children, Sally and Beau Frazier; his sister Beverly Hatfield; and his grandsons, Anthony R. Frazier, Beau Frazier, Jr., William Frazier and Elwood Frazier.
