She was predeceased by: her parents, Omar and Fay; her husband Kenneth Raymond Blevins; and her sister Pat Ford. She is survived by: her son David Blevins (Sharon Blevins) of San Jose, CA; and her granddaughter Zoë Quinne Krajcirovic.
