Haynie of Warren and Dawn E. Haynie (Donnie Stefan) of Mineral Ridge; his siblings, James Fell (Marilyn) of Warren, Mary R. Kuhn of Taylor, Jeanne M. Baker of Columbus and Susan Dobson (Susie) of Poland, Ohio; his grandchildren, Hayley Haynie (Mathew R. Dyling) of Niles and Thomas Lee Haynie (Alivia W. Rutherford) of Lorain, Ohio; his sister Treyton Stefan of Mineral Ridge; and his great grandchildren, Aubrianna Dyling, Audryanna Ross and Thomas Lee Haynie Jr.. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
