With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of Sally J. Smith of Leavittsburg, Ohio, whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on January 4, 2025 at the age of 70. Leave a sympathy message to the family on the memorial page of Sally J. Smith to pay them a last tribute.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Paul E. Boyle and Betty L. Boyle (Kuhn); her in-laws, Chester and Kathryn Smith; and her siblings-in-law, Dennis Atwood and Jolene Fatula.
She is survived by: her husband Randall P. Smith; her daughters, Charla Bennett (Charles) and Denise Bower (Tim); her sister Kathy Austin; her brothers-in-law, Russell Smith (Sue) and James Fatula; her grandchildren, Sarah Bennett (Joel Martin), Brandon Smith (Lauren), Felicia Bennett (Noah Golembowski), Grant Bower (Kaitlyn Pugh) and Randy Bower (Lucy Price); her great grandchildren, Kinsley and Norah; her close friend Holly Meyers; and her pet Thomas.
Visitation was held on Thursday, January 9th 2025 from 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM and on Friday, January 10th 2025 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM. A funeral service was held on Friday, January 10th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the First Community Church of Leavittsburg (4640 W Market St, Leavittsburg, OH 44430).
The family also requests that material contributions be made to First Community Church of Leavittsburg, in her memory.
