He is survived by: his sister Belinda Decker of Southingtown; his sons, Robert Burnett (Ginnie) of North Carolina and Nick Burnett of Michigan; his grandmother Reva Blake of Warren; his grandchildren, Madison, Myleigh, Nicky, Bentlee and Bronson; his nieces, Tina, Susan and Jaclyn; his great-nieces, Sophia and Gabby; and his great-nephew Andrew.
