Stevens of Walford City, ND, Jacob (Rachael Stevens), Timothy (Courtney Hopkins Jr.) and Travis (Courtney Hopkins); his brothers, Eugene (Jamie Stevens), James Stevens of Pulaski, PA and Robert Stevens of Lowellville, OH; and his aunt Carol Lee Morris of Newell, PA.
