He is survived by: his children, Teresa Nelson of Ortonville, MN, Mike Tuttle of Leavittsburg, OH and Crystal Tuttle of Columbus, OH; his brother Keith Wayne Tuttle of Marion, OH; his brother-in-law Floyd Greene of Pineville, KY; his stepsisters, Linda Johnson of Marion, OH and Kathie Johnson of Green Camp, OH; and his close friend Pam Chilcoat of St. He is also survived by daughter April Tuttle of Lima, OH 7 grandchildren 1 great-grandchild.
