She was predeceased by: her parents, Andrew Joseph Urbanek and Mary Ann Urbanek (Martin). She is survived by: her son Martin Urbanek of Lordstown; and her brother Ted Urbanek (Joanne Knock Urbanek) of West Jefferson, NC. She is also survived by three nieces, and four grandnieces.
