He is survived by: his parents, William Ritter and Ella Jane Harbison Ritter; his daughters, Holly Shugart (James) of Warren and Kimberly Laprocina of Leavittsburg; his siblings, Philip Ritter of Newton Falls and Judy (Twigg) of Ravenna; his grandsons, Anthony Laprocina and Howard Winkleman, Jr.; his great grandchildren, Emma Winkleman, Erich Winkleman and Zachary Moss; his wife Mabel; his brother Thomas Ritter; and his granddaughter Deanna Winkleman.
