He was predeceased by: his parents, Francis H. Arnold and Mildred Belle Arnold (Burson); his granddaughter Shannon Rivera; his son-in-law Jim Zuver; his great grandchildren, Haylen and Dakota James; and his half-sisters, Melinda Infante and Laverne Arnold.
He is survived by: his wife Donna A. Miller of Leavittsburg; his children, Shirley St (Russell), Vickie Jaxtheimer of Warren, Cynthia Zuver of Warren, Shari Fisher (Patrick) of Niles and Michael Arnold (Darla) of Leavittsburg; his grandchildren, Tracy, Kellie and Bret; and his great grandchildren, Lauren, Dominic, Landen, Armando and Angel.
