He is survived by: his children, David Bailes, Jr. of Warren, OH, Yvette Bailes of Leavittsburg, OH and Betty Meadows; his stepdaughter Raeann Jones of Warren, OH; and his siblings, James Bailes (Jeannine), Edward Bailes (Sonja) of Summersville, WV, John Bermudez of Summersville, WV, Susanne Frye (Mike) of Summersville, WV and Kathy Evans of Summersville, WV. He is also survived by ten grandchildren; and ten great-grandchildren.
