He is survived by: his wife Jo Hoffman of Leavittsburg, OH; his children, Angela Price (Jeffrey) and Curtis Hoffman (Katherine); and his siblings, Mark Hoffman and Christine Gibson (Greg). He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
