He was predeceased by: his parents, Charles H. Middleton and Phylena Middleton (Locke); his wife Betty Jean Hedrick; and his siblings, Robert G. Middleton, Rosetta Jones, JoAn Fairchild and Patricia Cox.
He is survived by: his children, Timothy Middleton (Tamara) of Warren, Robert Middleton (Diana) of Warren, Tammy Klinefelter of Warren, Michelle Morphy (Michael) of Spokane, WA and Terri Hughes of Leavittsburg; his brother Patrick Middleton of Champion; and his partner Dhina Hoffman of Goshen, IN.. He is also survived by twelve grandchildren; nineteen great-grandchildren; four great great-grandchildren.
In lieu of flowers the family requests contributions be made to the Life Church of Leavittsburg or St. Jude Children's Research Hospital, 501 St. Jude Place, Memphis, TN 38105, in his memory.
