Pavlak (John) of Mesa and Timothy "Timmy" Burnett of Warren; her grandchildren, Melissa Hills (Alex), Matt Testa (Anita), Michael Burnett (Malia), Alix Burnett (Ryan), Courtney Pavlak, Alaina Burnett, Paula Burnett, Tyler Burnett, Kyle Burnett and Jillian Burnett; and her great grandchildren, James, Austin, Remington, Parker, Kaylina and Kaydence.
