He is survived by: his wife Sharon Parks Francis; his children, Vicki Wissler (Eric), Diana Francis of Chillicothe and Nathan Francis (Carrie); his grandchildren, Candace Cherrington (Nathan), Kayla Francis, Payne (Gabriela), Pierce (Emily) and Sydney Wissler; and his great grandchildren, Blayten Hartley and Charlotte Cherrington.
