He was predeceased by: his parents, Arnold Wilbur and Minnie Wilbur (Leitch); his significant other Norma Culbertson; his grandson Adam Weaver; his stepdaughter Janice Weaver; and his siblings, Kenny, John, Jim, Guy Wilbur and Margie Waugh.
He is survived by: his son Tony Culbertson (Tera); his son-in-law Michael Weaver; his grandchildren, Beth Higginbotham (Glen) and Chris Culbertson (Mandy); his great grandchildren, Talli Houser (Cody), Emily Higginbotham, Aubree Higginbotham and Josie Higginbotham; his great great grandchildren, Tucker Cominsky and Arie Rae Culbertson; and his sisters, Elizabeth Wolfe (Paul) and Virginia Faut.
In lieu of flowers contributions may be made to Shriner's Hospital, Cincinnati.
