He was predeceased by: his grandfather Robert Thurston, Sr.; and his stepfather Gediliah Dresbach. He is survived by: his parents, Robert Thurston, Jr. (Trina Eveland) and Anna Dresbach; his children, Breanna and Ayden Thurston; his brothers, Dustin and Philip Thurston (Sarah Karshner); his grandparents, Joyce Thurston, Marvin and Patty Hedges; his nieces and nephews, Seth, Sydney, Gage, Brooke, Camille and Judah Thurston (Brandy Stuckey); and his close friend Nathan Dickens (family: Eric Roeder, Raymond Sutton).
