He was predeceased by: his parents, Robert Lewis and Geraldine Lewis Sr. (Castor). He is survived by: his wife Chelcey Lewis (Daubenmier); his children, Benny Lewis (Shannon), Aimee Marburger (Travis), Kevin Burg (Diana), Madeline Robinson (Korey), Trinity, Olivia, Pheonix and Makenna Williams; and his siblings, Cathy Haynes, Karen Woytowich, Sharon Waites, Richard and John Lewis. He is also survived by 15 grandchildren, one great grandson.
