He was predeceased by: his parents, Clarence Maxson and Jeannette Maxson (Fox). He is survived by: his wife Nancy Maxson (Hinton); his children, Eric H Maxson (Diane) and Ramalee Hettinger (Troy); his grandchildren, Makiah Maxson Seifert (Mike), Erica Maxson and Alexandrea Hettinger; his great grandchildren, Tinley Maxson of Laurelville, Darby Daubenmire of Laurelville, Rory Maxson Seifert of Laurelville and River Maxson Seifert of Laurelville; his siblings, Donald Maxson, Sr. of Circleville and Wanda Luckhart (David) of Circleville; and his brother-in-law Ned Hinton of Lancaster. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
