Phyllis M. Swackhammer Obituary

With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Phyllis M. Swackhammer (Laurelville, Ohio). Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her parents, Harold Febes and Elizabeth Febes; her husband F. E. Swackhammer (Bud); her children, Gary and Gayle; and her siblings, Charles, Tom, Lawrence Febes and Doris Disbennett.

She is survived by: her children, Steve (Jonnie), Tracy (Mary), Trent Swackhammer (Marilyn) and Sandra Zwayer (Walter); her grandchildren, Jake, Gabe, Leah, Colin Swackhammer, Brittany Canterbury (Lance), Madison Plants (Allen), Rachel Peterson (Christopher), D'Lani Rinehart (Nick) and Ian Zwayer; her great grandchildren, Maci, Ridge Canterbury and Evelyn Peterson; her siblings, Patricia Hettinger and Robert Febes; and her sister-in-law Jeannie Tarpey. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews and friends.

The family would like to extend a heartfelt thank you to all those who gave care and support during her longtime battle with Alzheimer's Disease.
