He was predeceased by: his parents, Henry Rogers and Ellen Louise Rogers; his wives, Elva M. Cradlebaugh Rogers, Anna Scurlock Rogers, JoHanna Rogers, Christina and Luella; and his siblings, Charles Ray Rogers and Ann Claypool Rogers.
He is survived by: his children, Georgianne Brokaw (Gary), Suzanne Bartkowiak and Julianne Severt; and his grandchildren, Stanley Andrew Bartkowiak III, Laurie Bartkowiak, Bethany Caroll, Christopher Bartkowiak and Michelle Moreland. He is also survived by 11 great grandchildren.
