She was predeceased by: her parents, Clarence William and Frances Geneva Ebert (Justice); her husband Gerry Poling; her siblings, Max Ebert and P. D. Smith; and her stepfather Paul Smith.
She is survived by: her sister Paula Fetherolf (Jim); her nieces and nephews, Jordan Smith, Philip Smith, Torrye Stonerock (Seth) and Scott Ebert; and her great-nieces and great-nephews, Jennifer Ebert, Raquel Smith, Laikyn and Krew Stonerock.
