He was predeceased by: his parents, Gerald A. Beam and Emma G. Beam; his son John Gregory Beam; and his siblings, Jerry, Billy, Raymond and Linda.
He is survived by: his wife Carolyn Beam; his children, Lori Love (Kenny), Tom Beam (Annette) and Brian Beam (Jennifer); his stepdaughter Jackie Whalen (Dennis); his grandchildren, Eric, Ryan, Casey, Samuel, Daniel and Brioni; and his sister Nancy Bowman (Tim).
