He was predeceased by: his parents, Everett Bethel and Leona Ferne Bethel (Routte); and his brothers, Raymond Bethel and Neal Bethel. He is survived by: his wife Debra Bethel (Tisdale); his daughter Wendy Davis (Larry); his granddaughters, Makayla and Savanna; and his brother Wallace Bethel (Wanda). He is also survived by nieces and nephews; and numerous other special family members, colleagues and friends.
