He was predeceased by: his parents, Earl DeLong and Grace DeLong (Jacobs). He is survived by: his children, Sherry Bowers (Bobby), Bill DeLong (Bev) and Dave DeLong (Amy); his grandchildren, Megan Yahn (Dustin), Nathan (Julie), Avery, Bryce DeLong and Jordan DeLong White (Miranda); and his great grandchildren, Lydia, Lexey and Walton.
