He was predeceased by: his parents, Verner Ballinger and Molly Ballinger (Kirby); and his brother Wendell Lovell. He is survived by: his wife Norma Jean Ballinger (Ullery); his daughter Amanda; and his siblings, Ray Lovell (Jeannie), Betty Roberts and Mary Gormican (Tim). He is also survived by 5 grandchildren; 4 great grandchildren.
