He was predeceased by: his parents, Johnny Burgraph and Minnie Baisden (Harmon); and his brothers, Dewey, Dan and Terry Basiden.
He is survived by: his wife Juanita Harmon (Green); his daughter Sheila Milnickel (Shannon) of West Milton; his grandchildren, Shannon Ray Milnickel II of Richmond, IN, Megan of West Milton, John of West Milton, Samuel of West Milton and Sarah Milnickel of West Milton; his sister Sherry Lynn Baisden; and his sisters-in-law, Terry Baisden and Betty Jo Bainer. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, cousins, friends.
