He was predeceased by: his parents, Gerald Dean and Nellie Mae Mote (Gall). He is survived by: his wife Sandra Kay Mote (Marcum); his children, Renee Mote (Jeff Otto) of Tipp City and Kevin Mote (Patty) of Laura; and his grandson Simon Mote.
