He is survived by: his wife Maria Isabela Cariaga; his sons, Noah Lacey of Wan Chi and Nathan Landoll; his mother Sally Wilson Lacey Miller; his brother John Mark Miller; his uncle James Wilson (Jean); his aunt Diana Wilcox Missler (Allen) of Bellvue Ohio; his stepbrothers, Danny, Debbie, Bill and Carol; his grandparents, Woodrow Wilcox of Sandusky and Norma Wilcox of Sandusky; and also Hong Kong.
