He is survived by: his children, Sharon Burkett (Donald) and David Haines (Rhonda); his grandchildren, Jennifer Bryant (Donnie), Randal Haines (Carissa), Brian Burkett (Rosemary), Renee Heitzman (Ryan), Keith Burkett (Tisha) and Ryan Haines; his great grandchildren, Kailee, Austin, Adelyn, Emersyn, Brayden, Valen, Cassidy, Carter, Emily and Alexa; and his brother-in-law John Dunker. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, relatives and friends.
