He was predeceased by: his brother Jackie Frazier. He is survived by: his wife Lori Mitchell-Frazier; his daughter Heather Keating (Matthew) of Eaton; his grandsons, Kase, Sawyer and Holt Keating; and his siblings, Larry Frazier (Lynn) of Kettering and Vickie Gray (Linville) of Lebanon. He is also survived by extended family that included nieces, nephews, aunts, uncles, cousins, special friends & his partner.
