It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Douglas Tullis of Laura, Ohio, born in Piqua, Ohio, who passed away on November 2, 2021, at the age of 79, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his father J. Edward Tullis; his stepmother Dorothy Ann Tullis; and his mother Helen Rohrer. He is survived by: his wife Cynthia Lynn Tullis (Warman); his children, Steven Jackson (Annette) of Laura, Clayton Tullis (Rachel) of Provo, UT and Paige Rizzotte (Tullis) of Beavercreek; his grandchildren, Michael Rizzotte (Courtany), Ethan Rizzotte, Isabella Rizzotte and Cecelia Rizzotte; and his great grandchildren, Olivia Rizzotte and Noah Mifflin.
