He was predeceased by: his parents, Lauren Hamblin and Netti Hamblin (Slye); his brother Jerry Hamblin; and his siblings-in-law, Chuck, Kitty Bir (Smuzok) and Gertrude Motsch (Smuzok).
He is survived by: his wife Norma Hamblin (Smuzok); his children, Tammy Reese (Dino) of Pleasant Hill, Carla Bertke (Scott) of New Bremen, Mark Hamblin of Laura and Susan Supinger (Craig) of Laura; his grandson Brad Hamblin (Traudi); his niece Angie Stock (Chris); and his great-nephew Alex.
