He is survived by: his children, Kenny West (Beth) of Bluffton, Rebecca Missler (Adam) of Convoy, Pamela Anthony (Kelly) of Van Wert, James West, Jr. of Lake City, Andrew West (Bonnie) of Latty, Matthew West (Amy) of Van Wert, Anthony West (Jennifer) of Middle Point and Jodi Parsons (Dennis); and his sister Jane West Miller McGill of Kokomo, Indiana.. He is also survived by 22 grandchildren; 21 great grandchildren.
