She was predeceased by: her parents, Leslie Arthur Beeman and Flossie Beeman (Entler). She is survived by: her husband Homer Dale Smith; and her children, Teresa Caldwell (Bruce) of Waverly, Ohio, Dale Smith (Kay) of Kingston, Ohio, Jerry Smith (Phyllis) of Latham, Ohio and Roger Smith (Nancy) of Williamsburg. She is also survived by 10 grandchildren, 24 great grandchildren, and 1 great-great grandchild.
