She is survived by: her boyfriend William Jordan; her children, Heather Shaw (Brandon) of Clarksville, Tennessee, Hannah Goodhart of Clarksville, Tennessee and Justin Schneider of Columbus; her stepchildren, Ryan Jordan (Angela) of Chillicothe and Jasmine Reid (Brian) of Hillsboro; her grandchildren, Sydney Marsh, Ella Shaw, Raven Delfs, Landen Schneider and Greyson Delfs; her sister Pamela Sue Smith of Greenfield; her nephew John Martin-Bradley Salyers of Greenfield; her parent Bonnie Smith (Hollar) of Greenfield; and her friend Marianna Heifner of Hillsboro. She is also survived by five step grandchildren.
