He was predeceased by: his parents, Ben Tetzlaff and Hazel Barnett of Virginia; his sister Christine Belhasen; and his pet Walter. He is survived by: his wife Pamela Tetzlaff (Deitz); his daughter Amanda Bole of Dayton; his stepsons, John Horton (Tiffany) of Lucasville, Chris Horton of Shoreline, WA and Kenny Horton of Olga; his brother Christopher Tetzlaff of Latham; his mother-in-law Ellen Deitz of Lancaster, OH.; his brothers, Tim Deitz (Annie) and Dave Deitz (Trudy); and his close friends, John, Kathy Klein and Ben Roberts. He is also survived by six grandchildren, six step-grandchildren, eight great grandchildren.
