He was predeceased by: his parents, Frank Nagy and Martha Nagy (Surowka); and his siblings, Martha L. Fisher (Nagy) and George K. Nagy. He is survived by: his wife Geraldine "Geri" Nagy (Adams); his daughters, Kimberly Clark (Darin) of St. Clairsville, Lisa Cross (Jeffrey) of Martins Ferry, Cathy Nagy of Belmont and Lori Rose (Lloyd) of Bridgeport; his grandchildren, Quentin, Casey Clark, Angela Cross, Jennifer Zdanski (Tommy), Nicolas Goddard and Frankie Nagy (Brandi); his great grandchild Colton Zdanski; his siblings, Richard Nagy (Ann) of Fl, Judy Flanegin of Blaine, Frances Kope of Wheeling, Helen Hitchman (Edward) of Wheeling, Suzie Nagy of Bellaire, Steve Nagy of Blaine and Mary Lyle of Bridgeport; and his aunt Mary Tingler of Bridgeport. He is also survived by several nieces, nephews, and cousins.
