She is survived by: her sons, Scott L. Frasnelly (Beverly) of Bellaire and Kurt A. Frasnelly (Rhonda) of St. Clairsville; her brother William Snodgrass (Gail) of Woodsfield; and her granddaughter Taylore A. Frasnelly of Morristown.
