He is survived by: his parents, Shannon Lee Bare Sr. (Nellie) and Tammy Elaine Jewell (Shawn); his brother Terry Jewell (Diana); his sons, Ashton and Hayden Bare; and his grandparents, Menford Jewell and Joyce Jewell. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
