She is survived by: her husband Steve Bush of Langsville; her children, Zachary Bush of Langsville and Erin Bush of Langsville; her grandson Ryan Bush; and her siblings, Lee Burnem (April) of Pomeroy, Greg Burnem (Brenda) of Langsville, Pete Burnem of Rio Grande, Ohio, Melody Shupe (Don) of Bidwell, Crystal Baughman (Jeff) of Pomeroy and Lorri Randolph (Johnny) of Bidwell. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
