He was predeceased by: his stepmother Dorothy Newland; and his stepbrother Buck Richmond. He is survived by: his parents, Triadelphia and David; his children, Lucas Newland (Alyssa), Gallipolis Snodgrass, Kaitlynn Snodgrass (Austin) and Bobbi Newland of Gallipolis; his grandchildren, Kora Lynn Snodgrass and Alice Rose Newland; his siblings, Nancy McLaughlin (Hank), Wheeling, Barb Friel (Rusty), Marlinton and Edward Newland (Robin); his stepsister Barb Henry (Art); his fiancée Brittany Kruskamp; and his daughter Allie. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
