She was predeceased by: her parents, Fred Streets and Virginia Streets; her son Willis Eugene; her siblings, Pat Sandy (Paul), Fred Jr., Richard, Bernard, Charles and Willard Streets; her parents-in-law, Grump and Deloris Sandy; and her sister-in-law Juanita Hunt (Sis).
She is survived by: her husband Eugene R. Sandy (Bub); her children, Beth Johnson (Rocky) of Langsville, Rod Sandy (Teresa) of Lancaster, Susan Powell (Bill) of Subury and Cynthia Jo Sigman (Josh) of Delaware; her sister Janet Kenney (Tom) of Philippi; and her grandchildren, Cory, Amanda, Todd Johnson, Nikolaus McClellen, Tiffany Brown, Anissa Powell and Josie Sigman. She is also survived by 15 great grandchildren.
