He was predeceased by: his parents, William Owen Mills and Virginia Ernestine Mills (Devricks); and his brother Gary D. Mills. He is survived by: his wife Darlene Lori Mills (Thornton) of Langsville; his child Robynn Holman (Matt); his grandchildren, Rylan, Wes, Wiley, Levi, Meriah, Acaila, Colin, Cody, Logan, Connor, Lauren, Alex, Reagan and Ellie; his brothers, Jim Mills (Sandy) and William Mills; and his sister-in-law Bonnie Mills. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
