He is survived by: his father Willis "Grump" Sandy; his significant other Jean Streets; his children, Beth Johnson (Rocky) of Langsville, Rod Sandy (Teresa) of Lancaster, Susan Powell (Bill) of Sunbury and Cynthia Jo Sigman (Josh) of Delaware; his grandchildren, Cory (Rene), Amanda, Todd Johnson (Katie), Nikolaus McClellen (Eileen), Tiffany Brown (Cory), Anissa Powell (Anja) and Josie Sigman; his sisters-in-law, Janet Kenney and Wahneta Streets; and his close friends, John, Joyce, Katlyn and Karen Bowers.
