He was predeceased by: his parents, Ted Frasure and Ocie Frasure of Frasure's Creek; his sons, Todd and Bobby Joe Gayheart; his brother Dallard Osbourne; and his grandsons, Jacob and Bobby Joe Jr..
He is survived by: his wife Kathryn Frasure; his daughter Teresa; and his grandchildren, Marissa Caleb, Evan Hall, Shawn Todd Kevin and Kathryn Gayheart.
A funeral service was held on Sunday, February 23rd 2025 at 12:00 PM.
