He is survived by: his children, Lisa Shouldis (Douglas), Todd Phillips (Cyndi) and Phillip Phillips (Bianca); and his grandchildren, Aandrea Shouldis, Christopher, Cassandra, Andrew and Emmi Phillips. He is also survived by seven great grandchildren.
