He is survived by: his children, Christy Kinser, Lisa Jones, Trina Boyer (Donald), Theresa Brown (Jon), Billie Hines and William Hines Jr.; and his siblings, Jo Anne Kennedy (Ron), Bud Hines (ReGina), Judy Hines and Tom Paskins. He is also survived by 10 grandchildren; 13 great-grandchildren; and numerous nieces and nephews.
