He was predeceased by : his parents, William Russell and Grace Mae Cupp (Gaines). He is survived by : his siblings, Eddie Cupp, Gerald Cupp and Donna Allen; his daughters, Shelly Spence (Ray Jr.) of Lancaster and Amanda Buckta of Circleville; his grandsons, Josh, Cody and Will Speakman; his sisters, Patty Barnes and Betty Jane Moore (Jim); and his stepsiblings, Greg Myers, Brian Radcliff, Jon Radcliff, Susan O'Hara and Mabel Melson. He is also survived by 6 great grandchildren, numerous nieces and nephews.
