He was predeceased by: his parents, Earl Payne and Myrtle Perry Payne; and his brother John Payne. He is survived by: his children, Jeff Payne (Martina Cradlebough), Stephen Payne (Kendra), Rebecca Tinnerello, Timothy Payne (Carol), Gregory Payne, Lisa Fosnaugh (William) and Crystal Ortiz (Maico); and his sibling Wyoma Payne (Charlie Brown). He is also survived by 17 grandchildren; 10 great grandchildren.
Social distancing is required and masks must be worn at both the graveside service and the Calling hours.
